Frequently Asked Questions

How is The Art of Framing adapting to COVID-19?

For the safety of our customers, our community, and ourselves we will adhere to the following reopening guidelines once Phase II of the Massachusetts Safer at Home plan begins. We appreciate your patience and your patronage.

The Art of Framing staff will be wearing masks and all customers will be required to wear masks while on the premises.

Upon arrival all customers will use the hand santizer provided at the front desk.

Only one customer/family group at a time will be able to work with staff to design. Others will wait outside, make an appointment, or return at another time. Additional customers may pick their completed work up at the front desk while others design in a separate area of the shop.

The Art of Framing team will be following enhanced cleaning protocols to mitigate viral transmission.
